Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi - GMC Racism Review Roundup - Case Number 3 : Dr Amir Maqbul Khan v General Medical Council
Case : Dr Amir Maqbul Khan v General Medical Council (High Court Appeal Ruling)
Outcome: General Medical Council was comprehensively (and categorically) defeated. Dr Amir Maqbul Khan had his GMC Suspension decisively overturned.

Detail : The Institutionally Racist General Medical Council unlawfully (and fraudlently) suspended Dr Amir Maqbul Khan ; apparently for no just cause , (it seems !) .
Every Ethnic Minority Medical Doctor in the United Kingdom must duly cite this case , if ever the Racist GMC unlawfully chooses to harasses them too.
It is also exceedingly wise for such Embattled Doctors to also conspicuously attach a copy of the confession of GMC President Graeme Robertson Dawson Catto to their High Court (and Employment Tribunal) Claim Forms too - as the GMC has notoriously failed to act upon a Formal GMC Complaint against Professor Catto (a White Doctor) , despite multiple reminders thereof !
The Medical Licensing Commission would have happily (and freely) assisted the above Doctor at various levels in this regard - if he was registered with the MLC at the time these events took place ; as all Registrants with the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) are comprehensively entitled to Free Lifelong Professional (and Administrative) Representation at Employment Tribunal Cases involving the GMC.
I sincerely hope that Dr Amir Maqbul Khan will now find the courage to defiantly drag the GMC before his nearest Employment Tribunal ; to diligently claim huge amounts of Long Overdue Financial Compensation.
The GMC Racism Review Roundup is an ethical monthly collection of Headline-Making Racism Cases where the General Medical Council is actively (or passively) mentioned as an alleged aggressor.
At the end of each particular case , Firebrand Black British Anti-Racism Campaigner , Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi , will be asked how he would handle the matter ; in his current capacity as Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission .
